Refund Policy
Draft. This text describes how VV-Bot is designed to work. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and some features it mentions are still being built. It will be reviewed and updated before the service opens to the public.
VV-Bot is free today. We take no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

No paid plan exists. No payment details are collected on this website, and the dashboard has no checkout.
If a paid plan is introduced
A paid Pro plan is planned for later. It is not available and its price is not set. This page is written now so the principles are public before any charge is possible:
- Paid plans are planned to be sold through Discord's own subscription system. Purchases made there are billed by Discord, and Discord's purchase and refund terms apply to the payment itself.
- Before anyone can be charged, this page will be replaced with the final terms: what is included, how to cancel, what happens to features when a plan ends, and how to ask for a refund.
- Your legal rights as a consumer, including any statutory cancellation or refund rights where you live, will not be reduced by anything on this page.
- Free features that exist at the time Pro launches stay available. See the pricing page.
