For Minecraft servers with a Discord community
Connect your Minecraft server to your Discord server.
VV-Bot syncs player ranks to LuckPerms, hands out Discord XP roles, handles moderation and relays chat between the two. You set everything up from one web dashboard, or with slash commands if you prefer.
How it works
- Add the bot. Choose the features you want. The invite asks Discord only for the permissions those features need.
- Pair your Minecraft server. Install the plugin, then run one command with a one-time code. You never paste a token or a password.
- Configure it on the dashboard. Map staff roles, pick channels, check permissions. Every change goes into an audit log.
What it does
Ranks that follow XP
Players earn XP on the Minecraft server. VV-Bot keeps matching LuckPerms groups up to date and confirms what was applied.
Discord XP roles
Members earn XP by chatting and reach role tiers you define. Daily rewards and quests are included.
Moderation
Warn, mute, kick and ban with case numbers, reasons and notices to the member. Staff levels are mapped from your own roles.
Chat bridge
Relay chat between a Discord channel and the Minecraft server. Mentions are neutralised and formatting is stripped.
Account linking
Connect a Discord account to a Minecraft account with a one-time code from the game. Nobody has to approve it.
Audit log
Every staff command and dashboard change is recorded with who did it and from where.
Built to be safe to hand to strangers
No secrets in Discord
Nobody pastes a bot token, an RCON password or a panel key. Servers pair with a one-time code.
No console passthrough
The plugin runs a short list of typed actions. The server owner's config file decides which groups it may touch.
One server cannot see another
Every Discord server's data is isolated in the database, not only in application code.
Your data, your call
Logging of chat and messages is off by default, opt-in, time-limited and encrypted. See the Privacy Policy.
Where the project stands
VV-Bot is still being built. This site describes what it does and what it is being built to do. If a feature described here is not available to you yet, the dashboard says so instead of hiding it.
