Everything below can be switched on or off per Discord server. Defaults are conservative: moderation and giveaways start off, and message logging is opt-in.
Minecraft side
Rank sync to LuckPerms
Define a ladder of ranks with XP thresholds. VV-Bot creates and updates the matching LuckPerms groups through LuckPerms' own API and reads back what was applied, so a failure is reported instead of silently ignored.
Pairing with a one-time code
Run a command in the dashboard, then /vv pair CODE on the Minecraft server. Codes are single use and expire after ten minutes. The plugin connects outward, so hosts that block inbound ports still work.
Server status
Show whether the server is online and who is playing. Without the plugin you still get a basic status from a server list ping.
Chat bridge
Relay chat both ways between a Discord channel and the game. Needs the plugin. Rate limited and stripped of mentions and formatting.
Discord side
XP roles
Members earn XP by chatting, welcoming new people and claiming a daily reward. Roles are granted at thresholds you set.
Moderation
Warn, mute, kick and ban with numbered cases and reasons. Each action respects your own staff level mapping.
Reports, suggestions and notes
Members report problems privately and suggest ideas. Staff keep private notes about members.
Welcome and giveaways
A welcome card for new members, and timed giveaways with a join button.
Control
One dashboard
Every setting is a form on the dashboard and a command in Discord. Both go through the same validation and permission checks.
Slash commands
Prefer Discord? /config, /setup and /doctor cover the same ground.
Health checks
The dashboard and /doctor tell you which channel is missing, which permission the bot lacks and which role is not mapped.
Audit log
Who changed what, when, and whether it came from Discord or the dashboard.
